Phelimuncasi formed in 2012 in the Mlaszi township of Durban South Africa as a trio of vocalists comprised of twins Makan Nana and Khera and Malathon. Inspired by the disruptive conditions of their surroundings and driven by the urge to “create music that enchants or poisons the audience”, the trio partnered with pioneering producers of the genre DJ MP3 and DJ Scoturn and soon established their distinctive sound as a founding influence in the local scene.

The song sung in isiZulu, is about the celebrating with people who have the energy to party all night from Sunset till sunrise.
