Hailing from Brussels, Le Motel’s influences come from all around the globe. Coming back with a new solo project, 'Transiro' under his own label, Maloca. A name inspired by the ancestral longhouses found in the indigenous cultures of the Amazon.

The first single, 'Tewahedo’, will take us to Ethiopia and the records of Vincent Moon. Who traveled extensively at the time to gather various church rituals, polyphonic chants, and Sufi practices. Those images were later re-used by Le Motel and remixed using various techniques to fit on its song "Tewahedo" and add another layer to the various realities comprising Ethiopia's immense musical landscape.
