PAN continue their ripper of a year with 'HOBO UFO (v. Chernobyl),' an audio-visual project from irregular label contributor James Hoff. Made in collaboration with coder Reuben Son, the 15-minute piece hotwiring Google’s Street View to explore Chernobyl and its surrounding environs. It arrives via PAN after the NYC-based conceptual artist was initially commissioned by Unsound Festival.
